You are bidding on a Russian 1916 Short Term Loan Certificate With 3 different values of Danish Revenues. This document is Not from the Russian Federation but from Pre-Soviet Russia. (Ebay won’t let me list my item properly because their country list which you must choose from is inadequate.) The certificate measures 15 1/2” X 11 1/2” when unfolded and has a tear at the top affecting one stamp as well as a pin hole, and features an impressive watermark.
