You are looking a set of etched diesel detail parts made by KV Models. This set includes 10 windshield wipers . This set is designed for low hood engines includes 8 single double arm wipers and 2 bar connected wipers for the horizontal cab windows above the nose of the locomotive. The parts are HO Scale. The material is stainless steel and is ridiculously sturdy compared to thin etched brass. You will not bend this part out of shape by accident.
