This auction is for a booklet entitled “C-D Allergy Products w Recipes for use in Wheat Free, Egg Free, Milk Free Allergy Diets” by Chicago Dietetic Supply House Inc.  It is the 14th edition & is 16 pages long including covers.  Please note condition.
Shipping –
Shipping is via media shipping (3-10
business
days).  Tracking information will be sent when the label is printed.  There is a small handling charge to cover supplies, gas, etc. which is built into the shipping price.  If you want it shipped via another source let me know and I will get a quote.
No international shipping.
