Size 50 Blade has a 1/125″ /
0.5 mm Blade Cut
Often referred to as a
“Vet” blade.
These
stainless-steel clipper blades are preferred by veterinarians because they are
less likely to rust or discolor from frequent use of strong disinfectants.
A # 50 blade is a “surgical”
blade – when used alone will cut hair very, very close. Frequently used by
vets for surgical preparation. Good for surgical trims, and for poodle feet and
faces. Also used when making patterns in hair.
Size 40 SS
Blade Leaves hair 1/100″, 0.25 mm long

A #35 is in between a #30 and #40 blade and has many uses. Often referred to as a
“Vet” blade.

Used for close clipping of face, feet and tail. The ridged bottom of the blade set helps it stay cooler during use.
Can be used on feet or between pads and is more generally used

Frequently used
on ears, feet, tail base, face, sanitary area and throat. Common blade for
Horse Grooming/Clipping. Also can be used for very short cuts on body of any
breed. The Size 15 Blade is often used on Poodles for clipper work on the face,
feet and tail. The Size 15 Blade is ideal when the Size 10 Blade is not smooth
enough and a Size 30 Blade is too close. This blade can also be used for
sanitary prep. Suitable for all breeds of dogs and cats, horses, etc.

Finish or “F” (also referred to as
FC or Finish Cut ) Blades
3F, 4F, 5F, 7F, etc. (also referred
to as 3 3/4 FC, 4FC, etc.)
The teeth on this blade are even, creating a smoother finish. Can be used
before and after the bath. Used for a smoother finish, to “finish off” a clip
after using a skip tooth blade and full body shavedowns when hair is not too
matted. Finish cut blades work best on hair or coats that are clean, dry and
brushed free of most mats and tangles.
Size 7FC
Clipper Blade has a 1/8″ / 3.2 mm blade cut.
# 7F – Finish
Cut blade can be used as a finishing blade for a Size 7 Skip-Tooth, as well as
for body work on any breed. Perfect when a short, finish clip is desired.
Frequently used on unmatted cats. Suitable for all breeds of dogs and cats,
horses, etc.
Size 6FC
Clipper blade has a 3/16″ (4.8mm) blade cut.

Skip Tooth Blades (also called Saw
tooth blades)
Skip Tooth Blades are generally
used instead of a finish cut blade when:
Hair or coat is heavily matted or
for VERY thick coats. -The coarse or uneven teeth on a Skip Tooth will feed the
hair into the cutting blade more effectively, which allows you to clip under
mats.
Often used before the bath for rough-cuts, and on dogs that must be shaved
completely down. Perfect for blending short areas with longer lengths. Ideal
for coarse-coated breeds such as Terriers
A hair cut using a skip tooth blade
is generally “finished” off with the same size finish blade to give
coat a smooth, finished appearance…for example: if you cut hair with a 4
skip-tooth blade, finish off with a 4F blade
Be extra Careful when using as skip
tooth blade as they cut closer to the skin. Skip Tooth blades are not
recommended to be used on cats.
Size 7 Skip Tooth Clipper Blade has
a 1/8″ / 3.2 mm blade cut.

This blade can be used for body work on any breed. Suitable
for all breeds of dogs and cats, horses, etc.

such as Poodles, Bichons and dogs with similar type coats. Also body work on

Size 4 Skip
Tooth Blade has a 3/8″ / 9.5 mm Blade Cut
The Size 4 Skip
Tooth blade cuts through mats that finish cut (FC or F blades) blades cannot
penetrate. The coat is more accessible to the cutting blade because of the flat
design of this blade. The teeth are more open which allows the coat to be cut
easier than the 4F blade with its full teeth.

3 ¾ Skip Tooth

has a 5/64″ (2mm) Blade Cut.
Blocking blade
is ideal for full clipdowns on matted dogs and large animals, free-hand
shortening of coats before scissoring, blocking or skimming. Used for removing
the bulk of hair and clipping pattern lines on large breeds with heavy coats.
These sharp
blocking pet clipper blades are excellent for full, fast clipdowns or

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All
returns are accepted. We try to accurately and honestly describe all our
products and handle returns in a fair and reasonable manner. All items, unless
otherwise stated, are new with manufacturer’s warranty (if any warranty-this
will be stated in item description).
Please Note: Due to the high-precision nature
of all Shears and Scissors we sell, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges
after 10 days. If product is found to be defective on receipt, you may return
for exchange of same product.
Items
must be returned in same condition they were sent to you in-new, clean
condition in original packaging with all original parts, tags, papers, boxes,
etc. If item is not returned in new condition or with all original
paperwork/boxes, etc. a fee may be charged, or you may only receive a partial
refund.  After return period please refer to manufacturer’s warranty (if
any).
RETURNS:
If you find item to be or damaged on arrival, please notify me via email prior
to opening return and I will try to correct issue or problem. Most items can
now be returned via eBay’s automated return system which will provide a return
label and other info. (Under your eBay purchases there will be a link next to
the item purchased for returns). Please be sure to select correct reason for
return e.g.  just didn’t like it, does not fit, found better price,
changed my mind, item defective, etc.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are easiest & quickest to process by doing return through
automated EBay system for item you don’t want and then just buying item you
want. Once I receive return, I will process refund.
COMBINED
SHIPPING
Yes, I do offer a combined shipping discount.
All items
must
be paid for on one invoice to qualify for shipping
discount. If discount does not automatically calculate correctly on checkout
please purchase (buy it now) items you want one at a time but
do not pay
until I have sent you a combined invoice with shipping discount applied. This
will generate a message to me that you have made purchases and I can then send
out a corrected invoice with discount. Note: adding items to your cart just
saves items in your cart and does not register as a purchase and will not
generate a message to me. If in question, please message me before making
payment. I cannot process refunds on shipping once items have been paid for.
