Tickets will be delivered at least 2 days prior to the event date.
If you need the tickets sent to an email address different from the one associated with your eBay account, please message us after your purchase to set that up.
All sales are final on ticket orders. We cannot accept returns on any ticket order. If an event is rescheduled/postponed, the tickets will be valid on the new date of the event. The ONLY exception to this policy is if an event is canceled without a reschedule date. If this happens, please contact us and we will take care of it.
